Joseph Francis Bergh has been a practicing attorney for over twenty-four (24) years. For eleven (11) years, Mr. Bergh was an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Syracuse. In that time, he represented the Syracuse Police Department and its police officers in lawsuits and other proceedings. Mr. Bergh utilizes this experience in representing those charged by law enforcement agencies with alleged crimes and offenses. His experience has also given him knowledge as to the types of records and information kept by law enforcement agencies, including information that can be helpful to a person who is defending themselves against accusations of criminal conduct.
