Jose Esparza Moreno

Jose Esparza Moreno is one of our newest Realtors in the Cowley County area! He obtained his license in the Fall of 2018 and has been growing with us ever since! Jose graduated from Arkansas City High School and attended college at Cowley County Community College, he is also bilingual and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Before moving to Arkansas City in 2007, he lived in California. He knows moving can be hard but it is part of life, it is "a new adventure." When he moved from California he was shocked to see how flat and spacious Kansas was compared to the West coast of California. He realized that Cowley county had much to offer though, with a much less crowded place, it meant he had more room to grow and more time discover himself as a person. Jose loves real estate because it gives him the chance to meet and know people and their families. He became enthusiastic about it in college because he saw how life changing a move can be. Buying or selling real estate is one of the biggest transactions a person will have in their entire life! Jose wants to make this a time of enjoyment, free from stress and hassle for his customers. He knows how hard it is to leave the place you called home, and how uneasy one may feel about moving into a new area.
