Everything was great from start to finish . You made this a seamless process, and my seller felt like you did an excellent job as well
The approval process was way longer than expected. Due to unnecessary things from the underwriters. Being a previous customer I thought things would have been much better.

A little more education on the process to a first time buyer. Daniel was a little confused but got cleared up eventuallu.
The experience was professional and understanding on every step that was made. Jorge explained each step and made the process smooth to finalize for sure I will recommend to friend and family.
