Mr. Jaramillo has been an attorney since 2000. He spent 11 years as a Deputy District Attorney in the Central Valley of California and 7 1/2 years as a Deputy District Attorney in San Diego County. He has handled trials of all sorts - from DUIs to Manslaughter. Since 2011 Mr. Jaramillo has had his own legal practice, primarily focusing on Federal Criminal Defense and State Court Defense. He has traveled the state of California defending and helping clients in criminal cases. Additionally, he has worked cross country cases including Federal Jurisdictions as far as New Jersey, while being based out of the San Diego-La Mesa area. Now in partnership with a former colleague at the District Attorney's office, Mr. Jaramillo is bringing his trial experience and dedication to justice to the family courts in the Southern California regions of San Diego, Riverside, and El Centro. Jorge Jaramillo is a father of two boys and has been married to his beautiful wife for 24 years. In his spare time, he enjoys watching his sons playing soccer, basketball, and boxing.
