Jon represents master servicers, sub-servicers, and securitization teams with respect to Fannie Mae's Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) product line and Freddie Mac's Capital Markets Execution (CME) program. He offers extensive experience in loan servicing and loan securitization. Jon has handled a wide range of transactions, including negotiating loan and servicing rights purchase agreements, servicing agreements between master and sub-servicers, PSA and SSA review and interpretation, loan assumptions, restructuring and recapitalizations, 1031 exchanges, transfers of interest, and all types of general lender consents. Jon draws from a robust background in commercial lending and securitization to create forward-thinking strategies that address the unique challenges facing agency lenders and servicers.
