Jonathan Pang was born and raised in Oahu. He graduated from the University of Hawaii Shidler College of Business with a degree in Finance and Marketing. After Shidler Jonathan went to Yonsei University in Seoul South Korea to study Business Administration. Upon his return from Korea, Jonathan was brought into Prudential Locations (now Locations LLC) by two Partners; Dolores Bediones and Marshall Mower at the start of 2013. Jonathan got his Brokers license in 2015 and later became a Broker-In-Charge at Locations LLC at the beginning of 2017. Jonathan recently made the switch to Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties in June of 2020 and is very excited to be with the top brokerage firm in the state of Hawaii. Jonathan's most recent endeavor was assisting the Howard Hughes Corporation with the sales of Aalii in Ward Village. Jonathan was one of the exclusive sales team members for the project. Jonathan knows all the ins and outs when it comes to new construction project sales and has personally helped over 100 clients with new project developments across the island.
