I have been active in Real Estate since 2002, and have worked with family owned as well as larger corporate owned companies. I currently have my own Real Estate company; The Wright Agent 4 U, Inc. where I specialize in understanding my client's needs. I work hard on educating my clients on the current market and the affect it has on them directly. I also have expert negotiation skills that enable me to do what's right and in the best interest for my client(s). I have experience in listing homes for Sellers, representing Buyers, and New Homes Sales through builders. With my experience, I am able to represent clients to help them understand the process each step of the way, including working with divorces/separation of couples, Short Sales, REO properties, HUD homes, investments and re-locations. I have helped clients sell luxury homes, New Homes, and homes that are rehabs...whatever your needs, we will work together to get you the best results. I am located in Riverside County, however I do, and have worked in Orange County as well as parts of San Diego County. If the location is too far for me personally, I will locate a local agent to work with, but I am still involved with the transaction to ensure things continue to run smoothly.
