John was very informative and transparent with all questions and concerns that we had for him. He responded in a reasonable amount of time and never made us feel like we were out of the loop of the carousel. I would highly recommend him!

John was always helpful, friendly and took time to answer our questions. Ours was a very protected purchase with multiple delays due to the sellers, but John kept roed with us on the rollercoaster ride. Very happy customer
