John C. Scaffidi, Vice President and Sales Manager of the Wisconsin Division of First State Mortgage, has been in the Mortgage Industry since 1983 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse in 1982. John sold his mortgage company Complete Mortgage, Inc. to First State Mortgage in May of 2010 and has been a part of the FSM family ever since.
John is experienced in all facets of mortgage lending. His local office is equipped to originate, underwrite and close all loans which gives his team a broader understanding of what consumers need when choosing a lender. He has a dedicated team of mortgage professionals who take great pride in providing top customer service.
