John Montano

I have a fairly diverse business background. I was a trial lawyer for 12 years, CEO and co-founder of a wholesale home decor business and a kickboxing franchise owner. When the real estate market crashed in 2008, I started working with banks, hedge funds and private investors selling hundreds of REOs and defaulted loans nationwide. I also spent 5 years in NYC renovating properties and selling them. I am truly passionate about real estate and my excitement is usually contagious. I love to help clients achieve home ownership, but also to build life-changing wealth. I work hard to exceed my clients' expectations and pride myself on being a tough negotiator and an aggressive advocate for my clients, but my greatest happiness comes from being a new grandpa.
