In my business, the MOST exciting moment is when a client and family are handed the keys to their new home! A new home is the foundation where they can enjoy their daily lives together, create memories and dream and plan for their futures! A families lives are definitely enhanced by the comfortable surroundings of a home of their own....I believe in it, I'm proud to be a part of it, and I'm deeply motivated to help families achieve it! Home ownership is foundational core of a strong economy, the beginning of an upward spiral of jobs for realtors, bankers, title/escrow companies, appraisers, insurance companies, accountants, builders, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, hardware stores...and the homeowners own employment. My wife and I have raised our three children in our home and we know what it's like to experience the "American Dream" of home ownership and what it means to the whole family...
