Unprofessional.
Horrible communication. Price skie rocketed and no response when asking why. Had two liability cars almost paying $400. Was told to remove cars and drivers and were still getting charged for them months later with no refund.
Been with John Murphy Agency for a very long time, more than 20 years. Always friendly and always answer my questions very politely. I usually call because I am old school and find it easier to call.
We had water damage while we were on vacation. A neighbor noticed and called my daughter. She got the ball rolling with insurance. Once the repairs were started, they moved on fairly quickly.
