Metcalf Agency has exceptional customer service. Emily truly worked hard to research insurance options and she is amazing at follow up. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for insurance quotes.
Historically John would call me periodically and see if he could help lower my bill. Has not done so in the past 5+ years, the bill only went up. Shop elsewhere, save your money! This team won't help you do that anymore.
