ABOUT JOHN John Silva was born in 1980, in the city of Campo Grande, the capital and largest city of the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso do Sul in the Center-West region of Brazil. He studied economics until he moved to Orlando, Florida in 1999 to pursue the dream of becoming an Equestrian Show Jumping Grand Prix Rider. Aside from the shows, John started working in the construction field as a sub-contractor for new construction, single family homes. By working hard, focusing on client satisfaction, prioritizing honesty, and integrity, his business grew fast employing over 40 people. He didn't know then, but these were his first steps in his Real Estate career. With experience in the Central Florida area and knowledge on every inch of a construction process, John got his Certified Residential Contractor License in 2007. That same year with a goal in mind, John got his Real Estate License and since knowledge of both business blend together so well, Real Estate became a passion right away. He began his career working as a Sales Associate with a passion that grew with every deal and each satisfied customer. A couple of years later, John became a Real Estate Broker listed under the BBF (Business Brokers of Florida), became CEO of his own Real Estate Firm and has an outstanding team working with him, including the love of his life and wife Julien K. Silva, who John has been married for 15 years, she is the mother of their beautiful girl and amazing boy, a partner of the Company, and oversees the property management, contracts and rentals of the Firm. John Silva specialties are residential and commercial properties, horse properties, investment properties and short sales.
