John Lewis Floyd

John Lewis is originally from the upstate of South Carolina but knew one day he would make the Lowcountry his home. His love for the Bluffton/Hilton Head area was instilled in him while vacationing with his family every summer in various areas of Charleston, Beaufort and Hilton Head. His grandfather was born and raised in Bluffton and taught him to appreciate the peacefulness of the live oak trees covered in Spanish moss and the beauty of the marsh views.John is teaming up with the PKH team at Dunes Real Estate and brings his experience to one of the most successful real estate teams in the area. John graduated from Spartanburg Methodist College and Francis Marion University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing. He received academic and baseball scholarships from both schools and played baseball all four years. His passion and competiveness on the field carries over to his professional life. Prior to his full-time career in Real Estate, John managed several Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations in the areas of Beaufort, Hilton Head, and Savannah. During his time with Enterprise, John managed over 100 employees and developed skills in customer service, marketing, and sales. He quickly developed a great rapport with his employees and clients early in his career. Being a Triple Crown Winner for highest customer service with Enterprise shows that John will always put his clients' needs first, and will do everything possible to make sure they are satisfied. Couple that with his strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and passion for helping others and you have a realtor that you can trust. John was blessed to find someone special to share the charm of this beautiful area. John and Asya love all that the Hilton Head area has to offer with the quaint restaurants and shops in Old Town Bluffton to the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head and Beaufort. They have become involved in community activities and social gatherings during their free time. His heritage includes the DuBois family who were some of the original settlers and his Great-Great-Grandfather, Nathan Crosby, built many homes in Old Town Bluffton including the D. Hasell Heyward House on Calhoun Street back in 1914
