John Anderson has been a licensed Realtor for almost 13 years, however, his love of real estate negotiations started at the age of 9. As a young boy, he successfully negotiated a home purchase for his parents. By the time he was 14, he had negotiated 2 houses and a car purchase for his family. He also purchased his first home at the age of 19. You might say he was born to negotiate. John has owned several businesses, including a printing and mailing company and liquidation company. He spent 20 years as a Corporate Director of a Fortune 100 company before becoming a Real Estate Agent. For the last 12 years, John has been an award winning top producer and top performer. He is a certified short sale specialist and has successfully closed over 1200 traditional and short sale transactions. Originally from Orange County, John and his family moved to Chico in 2008.
