    Do not recommend this place. After not being able to get ahold of someone to schedule. Lady who answers phones is very rude and unprofessional. Blaming me for their mistakes. At least they could’ve done is take accountability for their mistake.....

    I dropped off my tax documents and have not heard from them since then. Its been about 2 weeks and I have called about 15 times, all with no answer. They picked up the phone once but didn't say anything than hung up.

    Absolutely terrible, never again. late filed, wrong info, never follows up or calls back. It is an absolute mess that Im having to fix now!
