John DeLellis moved to Cape Cod with his family when he was just twelve years old. He is a graduate of Sandwich High School then went on to study architecture at Boston Architectural Center. He eventually transferred and ended up getting his degree in criminal justice.John came back to the cape where he began work in Facilities Management. He continues a twenty-year career as a Facilities Management Professional. He has extensively cared for LEED green facilities, museums and botanical gardens. His certifications include OSHA, Hazmat and Heart-saver and is a member of the International Facilities Management Association. His experience in the building field gives him an advantage as your real estate salesperson and the coordination of people, place, process, and technology of your home.Real estate is the primary source of generational wealth in most families. John began his career in real estate because he believes he can create generational security for his family and yours by leading you to your new home. He believes anyone can achieve anything with enough passion and drive.John currently lives in Centerville with his wife and two daughters. They have a dog named Nugget and they enjoy gathering with family and friends at the beach or in their backyard. Both of their daughters play youth soccer and love school.
