JOHN JIANG focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including corporate lending, fund financing, and leveraged finance. He represents asset managers, investment funds, and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as borrowers, and bank and non-bank financial institutions as agents and lenders. John has particular experience in asset-based financing facilities, secured by a range of assets including loan portfolios and fund interests. While attending law school, John spent a semester studying law at the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. John is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
