John Harty is a partner/owner of Harty Realty Group and John G. Harty, Ltd., based in Highland Park, IL. John has four decades of residential and commercial construction, construction management and home buying experience on the North Shore, as well as southwest Michigan to southeast Wisconsin. John began his construction career as labor foreman for Peabody Midwest Construction in 1975, at the age of 18. He ran extensive large scale projects which include the CTA train Station at O'Hare Field. In 1980, John founded John G. Harty, Ltd., a Construction Management Firm. He directed his knowledge and expertise toward building one of a kind, custom homes, and major often complex, remodeling projects for his clients. John G.
