In addition, in my solo practice, I have also prosecuted Chemical / Physical Sciences / Mechanical / and Electrical (40%) patents. My practice comprises thirteen years of US and international prosecution experience and two years in litigation experience, etc. My credentials include a M.D. degree; five years training in a biotechnology concentrated PhD program; one year in and a LLM with concentration in biotechnology patent law; and two years' experience in the corporate environment in molecular diagnostics.
