John graduated with honors from Gonzaga University with a Juris Doctorate degree. He is admitted to practice in all Washington State courts. His focus is criminal defense, DUIs, and injury cases. John is a member of the national DUI Defense Lawyers Association, and is certified in the NHTSA Field Sobriety Tests, NHTSA Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement, the BAC DataMaster and the Alco-Sensor FST Portable Breath Test. He is a member and former Governor of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Washington State Association for Justice. John's peers previously recognized him as a Rising Star, through WA Law & Politics magazine, in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
