Holstedt practices primarily in the areas of workers' compensation litigation, including both trial and appellate work. He also practices in the areas of personal injury and labor and employment law, and has participated in oral arguments before the 3rd District Court of Appeal on both personal injury and workers' compensation issues. His firm is located in Sacramento, California.Mr. Holstedt was a captain in the United States Air Force, serving from June of 1969 through April of 1974. He completed a tour of duty in Vietnam from June 1970 to June 1971 and was awarded an Air Medal with four oak leaf clusters and the Distinguished Flying Cross. He received his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and has been practicing law for more than 30 years.
