I've used Joe over the past 12 years, he is great. I would highly recommend.
We have used Joe for several years, he recently installed a new water heater for us and was very professional, arrived right on time and hauled the old one away.
Made an appointment with him to fix some plumbing issues. 2 weeks in advance. I drove 2 hours to meet him at a vacation home, HE NEVER SHOWED UP, or even called. This a-hole does not know the meaning of the word appointment. .Will never use...

If I could leave 0 stars I would... after several calls he finally came to give us an estimate. We called him back numerous times to do the work and NEVER came back to do work!!! Who does that?!?? VERY UNRELIABLE!!!!
