By far, this was the easiest refi process ever! Communication was great. Joel was just wonderful to work with. No surprises, you have to appreciate that.
Zillow really knows how to make a user-friendly website, and this their loan app is no exception. And their rates are great. Fast, easy,, convenient, and my loan officer was great.
Joel its amazing in his field he treated us like family. Very patient, took time to explain, we didnt fel rushed, on time, great sense of humor, willing to help / understand home owners. My wife and I give him A+++++++++++++
