Joel M. King has been a Real Estate Broker for 29 years and conducting Real Estate and Personal Property Auctions since 1986. He earned a degree in Accounting from Arkansas State University and is a graduate of the Fort Smith Auction School. He is a member of the National and Arkansas Auctioneers Association and holds licenses in multiple states in both Real Estate and Auctioning. Joel has earned the prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institution (CAI) designation of which only 1100 have obtained the designation. He also is a member of the Realtors Association and the Realtors Land Institute and is currently serving as the Vice President of the Arkansas Realtors Land Institute Association and has obtained the designation of Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). The designation shows an expertise in land development and sales. Mr. King is a Marketing Consultant with J.P. King Auction Company and has successfully sold and closed in excess of $30,000,000 of real estate using the auction method of marketing. Before that continued the success of a family owned real estate company that had been in existence since 1963 in northern Arkansas.
