Joe began his career as a mortgage broker over 10 years ago! After working six years for Coldwell Banker as a realtor. At Coldwell Banker decided to change positons and became a loan officer for Hunneman Mortgage. After leaving Hunneman he start up his own mortgage company. His goal, to save enough money so he could retire near the ocean. Joe has counseled thousands of clients throughout the years during periods of recession and housing declines. In addition to mortgage expertise he is versed in real estate development projects.
