Joe has called Seattle home for 12 years now, having grown up in Dallas, TX he brings a bit of southern charm to the Northwest. Having a father and grandfather with an entrepreneurial spirit, Joe followed suit at a very young age. He learned quickly that experience was a key element to the success of any business. So he started working in as many different fields as he could to gain a better understanding of this element. Automotive sales, Art sales, restaurant management, marketing, early childhood education, music, furniture design, retail sales, customer service and cosmetology.Having had the opportunity to gain an understanding in such a wide array of industries, he has constructed a defined path to deliver excellent experience. Along with experience, Joe believes that empathy is what makes any transaction a successful one especially when working with his real estate clients.Everyone that has worked with Joe has experienced and heard firsthand the creed that he lives by, do good work and be a good person. With all that is going on in this world, he truly believes that the time is now to live by this code.Joe got into Real Estate initially to understand fully the process of purchasing a home. While he is still in the search for his first home, his desire to help people through this process needed be put to work.Joe lives on Mercer Island with his lovely wife and dog. With their first child on the way and expected in June, he is taking every chance he can to do what he loves, woodworking and golf.
