Joe was born in Germany while his father served in the Air Force, but was raised in Colorado. After joining the Air Force himself, he served for fourteen years as an intelligence analyst and professional military education instructor. After living in Knoxville, Tennessee for four years and meeting his wife, he felt that this city would be his new permanent home. Joe and his wife both attend and serve at Sevier Heights church. They love to help and serve others. In their free time, they also love to venture into the outdoors for hiking, caving, and rock climbing. Joe has also developed a hobby in photography, capturing the beauty of God's creation here in Tennessee. Joe feels blessed to call Knoxville, Tennessee home.
