Continuing the family tradition . . . Having 'grown up' in the real estate business, Joe III is building on the honest, hard-working reputation established by his father over the last 45 years. An East Bay native, Joe III was born in Castro Valley in 1964 and raised in San Leandro, graduating from San Leandro High School in 1982. Joe III earned his Real Estate Salesperson License in 1984 while attending college. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the School of Business at UC Berkeley in 1986. After nearly four years of full time sales, Joe III earned his Real Estate Broker License in the fall of 2005. Prior to joining Annunziato and Associates in a property management role in 1998, Joe III worked with his mother, managing his family's travel business for nearly 15 years. Since moving to real estate sales and property management full time in 2001, Joe III continues to expand his areas of coverage and expertise beyond that of San Leandro and Alameda County. After moving to San Ramon with his family in 2001, he has become well acquainted with the Contra Costa real estate market. Joe III combines a strong work ethic with old fashioned hard work to successfully represent both buyers and sellers in residential, multi-unit, and commercial property transactions. Joe III is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Bay East Association of REALTORS, and the Paragon MLS systems. Joe III is also a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and a technology certified e-Pro REALTOR, capitalizing on all the technology currently available in order to better serve both buyers and sellers in today's competitive market. With the growth of the distressed real estate market, Joe III earned his Certified HAFA Specialist designation in 2010. Joe III is involved in the Bay East Association of REALTORS, with past and present positions on the MLS Committee, the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and M3 (Multiple MLS Management group) that oversees policy and decisions for 3 the local MLSs serving the East Bay. He has also vice chaired and chaired the MLS committee twice and was the chair of the transition group from the past MLS over site group (POG - Paragon Oversite Group) to the current M3 group. Additionally, he was the chairperson of the M3 group in 2012, it's year of inception.
