Stay Humble: Reflect what is in my clients' best interest in all situations. Listen. Do my best to answer all their questions. Find the way to get the needs of both parties met, and get to yes. Negotiate & when necessary, mediate.3. Keep Learning: Don't rely exclusively on personal marketing. Know and stay current on the market area, the lessons of recent history, and the transactional nuances of purchasing real estate. Offer explanations, not excuses.
