Jody Fay Professionally, Jody is a real estate attorney with over thirty-two years' experience in real estate and title insurance. Over the years, Jody served as Counsel to Attorney's Title Insurance Agency, General Counsel to Washington Title Insurance Company and Chief Counsel at Skyline Title. Since 2010, Jody is thrilled to be at the helm of The Kelsey Company as its Chief Counsel and Vice President of the New York title operations.Jody's other career components have and do include teaching. Jody has taught real estate law and a title-closing course at The Steven Newman Real Estate Institute at Baruch College in Manhattan. She has also taught real estate law at the ABA certified paralegal program at Westchester Community College in Valhalla New York and has taught CE programs at Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors.Since 1993, Jody has been an active member of The Westchester Women's Bar Association where she completed two years as President. She is a member of The American Bar Association, The New York State Bar Association, The Connecticut Bar Association, and is a Past President of The Westchester County Bar Association and Westchester Women's Bar Association. She also served as a delegate to the NYS Bar Association in addition to being a member. Jody has lectured extensively on real estate topics for The Learning Annex, various bar associations, the Office of Court Administration, The National Academy of Continuing Legal Education, Pace Law School and The Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors.Jody resides in Guilford Connecticut with her husband Lionel and dog Ollie.
