Joanna Jenkins

My two decades of experience within the real estate and mortgage industry brings a vast means of resources needed towards home ownership. My background of being an escrow officer and my escrow expertise for over sixteen years makes my knowledge unique. With ten years of notary experience i can do most signings with my eyes closed and answer any questions a client may have during the signing process. My husband of twenty years is a veteran and a deputy sheriff; we have three beautiful daughters. In 2016 my decision to step into the lending side of real estate allowed me more time with my family. For the past nine years, on the mortgage side, i have helped successfully close over 800 transactions, helping clients from start to finish with care and compassion. One thing i do best is keep all parties, throughout the transaction, in the loop... you never have to worry, or wounder, what is going on during the transaction.
