Joanie Blackwell, a native of the Huntsville/Madison, and Limestone County areas, loves matching clients with their real estate solutions. She began her career in real estate in 1987; then licensed as a broker in 1991. Over the next 20 years Joanie worked as Vice President/Regional Manager for Flournoy Properties and was their Designated Alabama Broker. With a strong background in marketing, sales, and property management, she started her own team/business at RE/MAX Unlimited in 2010. The Blackwell Real Estate Partners, LLC has since become a #1 Top Producing Team both locally and regionally. In 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021 she and her team achieved RE/MAX Diamond Club. Joanie has also been awarded the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement and Hall of Fame Awards. She currently serves on the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors (2019/2020/2021 2022). In April of 2021, Joanie and her husband Charlie, fulfilled a life long dream and became Owner/Broker of RE/MAX Unlimited's Multi Office franchise in Huntsville and Madison Al.
