Joan Wayman has lived in Chicago's Western Suburbs for most of the past 30 years. After moving across the country several times as a child and loving all things about "home", Joan finds joy in assisting her clients through life's major transitions. Joan Wayman attended DePaul University and earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. Joan also earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. Joan has a strong knowledge of math and understands the long-term impact of a good financial decision a home can have on a family's finances. In addition, Joan uses her background in statistics to generate effective results during the negotiation process.
