I love my job and all the wonderful people I befriend on a daily basis. Now in my 18th year as a Real Estate agent; I love my job more than ever. The most rewarding experience to me is witnessing the excitement of a buyer when they've found that special property or a seller that has successfully closed escrow and now ready to move on. I work all of Jackson and Josephine Counties from the farmlands to the hillsides, subdivisions to in-park manufactured homes.I believe the best tool to be successful is knowledge. I achieve this through continuing education, visits to the local planning department and all entities that pertain to my profession. I maintain a respectful working relationship with my community, peers and fellow agents.Having lived in this wonderful valley of ours, (Southern Oregon) all my life has afforded me much knowledge of the different areas it encompasses. That, in addition to the extensive hours spent with educational affiliates at an ongoing pace is how I keep apprised of current and future land laws.It's a tough job to be the person looking for a home, land, ranch, or rural property to purchase.
