James, the oldest of 6, was born and raised in Bensenville, IL. He started his real estate career in 1985 at Century 21 Ferrari and was awarded the million dollar club award for 23 home sales in his first year. In 1989, he moved to Red Carpet Sloan Realtors where he continued to excel in his career and was awarded the million dollar club again for outstanding performance. Fast forward to 1991, James switched offices to Century 21 Lullo in and then to Re/Max Preferred in 1997. In less than 4 years, James qualified for the Re/Max hall of fame. Finally in 2001, he started Garry Enterprises Incorporated doing business as Garry Real Estate officially on 01/01/01.
