Hello, my name is Jim Davich. Thank you for stopping by! Selling and buying a home is a very personal matter to almost all of us, so let me break the ice and share a little bit about me. I am native Minnesotan and grew up in the northern suburbs of the Twin Cites. I have raised three boys who are now grown and making their own way. I spent the first 25 years of my career in sales and marketing in the business world and now I bring that expertise to you as a realtor. Having negotiated million dollar deals I have come to understand the negotiation process and am an out of the box creative thinker.
