Jill Hussar is the Founder and CEO of Hussar Real Estate. Originally from Buffalo, New York, Jill Hussar moved to Florida in 2002. She earned her Florida real estate Sales Associate license in 2006 and her Broker's license in 2011. Her real estate career began when she started working for a national corporate homebuilder. She received several #1 New Home Sales Consultant awards with the Company. In July 2008, Jill joined an independent brokerage,to specialize in buyer representation and residential listings throughout Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton Tampa, FL. Through the knowledge Jill has gained, she knows how to locate the finest properties, negotiate the best deals, and has developed a proven system that produces multi-million dollars in sales each year. In 2016, she earned the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation in 2016. The designation, owned and registered by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, recognizes residential real estate professionals who have demonstrated their experience in selling and marketing to the affluent. In 2017, Jill saw an opportunity to improve on the customer service facet of today's real estate by making small, but impactful changes in the way agents conduct their daily business. With the opening of Hussar Real Estate, she plans to share her knowledge of the local real estate market and implement a practical approach to providing the best counseling and deliver powerful results to our clients.
