She is consistently ranked as one of the top agents in the ONE Sotheby's Las Olas/Fort Lauderdale office. Dedicated to the integrity of the real estate industry, Jill also is a respected expert who has served on the Board of Directors of Florida Realtors (state level) and with the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors (which became Realtors of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale during her time on the Board). She worked with several high ranking committees and personally met with the legislators in Tallahassee and Washington, D.C. to advocate for the preservation of property and homeownership rights. A resident of South Florida since 1978, Jill has a natural passion for the water and is an avid boater. Well versed in South Florida's numerous waterfront living options, Jill offers clients a wealth of inside knowledge, from identifying boater's needs and nuances that inherently come with a waterfront property, to recognizing what each waterway can accommodate in regard to the customer's vessel and the benefits of the various types of waterfront properties available throughout South Florida. Outside of work, in 2021, after a beautiful courtship Jill Johns and Chris Blythe were married on Fort Lauderdale Beach. They were thankful to be able to celebrate this very special occasion with their family. Jill has volunteered with various non-profits but one charity in particular is near and dear to her heart, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida, which she's been involved with for more than 20 years. Battling cancer as a young teenager, Jill's wish was granted in 1992. That experience impacted her life in immeasurable ways and ever since she has dedicated her volunteer and philanthropic initiatives to giving back to the organization that was that shining light during a very challenging time in her young life as a wish granter, speaker, fundraiser and in 2012 she became the first wish child to be on the Board of Directors.
