Together with my husband and broker, Bryan Davis, I am the owner of DLC Realty Corp. in Winters, Texas. We began DLC Realty in 2004 to better serve our local community. We have over a decade experience in all types of real estate. Once DLC became established we decided to bring other agents into our brokerage who wanted to do business in the direct and personal way for which we are known. I believe it is our job to insulate clients from the hassle of real estate transactions and attempt to advise them on their best interests regardless of the reflection on us as licensees. As also the previous owner of a title company, I am extremely competent with the ins and outs of abstracts and closings.
