I did not start behind a desk handing out rate sheets. I started at the bottom, post-closing, chasing final docs. Then I became a loan opener, then a processor, then a Jr. Underwriter, one of the people actually stamping loans approved or denied. That journey gave me something most Mortgage Loan Originators simply do not have: a complete understanding of the entire mortgage process from every angle. I have seen the mistakes that cost borrowers thousands. I have also qualified people who were told they would never get a loan. And I love doing it. I am bilingual in English and Spanish.
