Jessica does not answer or return phone calls and I walked out of this situation not even knowing who is going to be servicing my loan and I feel like I have to fight to even receive minimal communication and I'm not getting an answer

Jessica udpated myself and the buyers throughout every step of the loan process and kept things moving along to a successful closing while getting my buyers into the best possible financial situation!
Jessica went above and beyond and got my mortgage completed in record time (after another lender fell through). I would highly recommend her friendly and super efficient service!
