Jessica Payne

Jessica's journey into real estate was fate, she says. Beginning her career as a laborer on remodeling projects, Jessica soon found herself helping her grandmother choose custom home features and house plans. Not long after, she started managing the office at Newberg Realty; it was there that she realized her passion for "home". Jessica spent nearly three years at Newberg Realty, then another three years managing the office of Coldwell Banker Executive Realty. In 2006 Jessica earned her real estate license and in 2019 her principal brokers license. Jessica enjoys helping both buyers and sellers as they navigate the often confusing and always complex world of real estate. Because there are so many misconceptions about buying and selling property, Jessica liked educating her clients about the details of the biggest investment they'll ever make. She also likes shepherding her clients through the entire process, from valuing property and showing homes to explaining disclosure documents and negotiating both traditional and short sales or foreclosures.
