I guess you can say real estate is in my blood. I grew up watching my parents flip homes and was often found doing my homework at their latest project or helping out by painting closets. As soon as I could drive, I began running errands for my mom who is also a REALTOR(r) and who became my mentor. When I came home from Grand Valley State University, I got my real estate license in 1998 to become her full time assistant/agent. Shortly after I became licensed, I helped her open our family business, Real Estate Network Cauley & Company. By working closely with my mom I learned the most valuable lesson of my career: focus on your clients' happiness and well-being and you'll be a success every time. That mindset enabled us to come up with our company motto: "Treating clients like family since 1998". It has been my pleasure to work along side my mom and to become her partner through the years, but as the saying goes, "All good things must come to an end." In the summer of 2020, my mom officially decided it was time to retire and start a new adventure in Tennessee. While my Brokerage has changed, the company motto has not because it is still forefront in my mind on how I want to run my business. It has been such a blessing to build relationships with my clients, colleagues and numerous contractors/vendors over the past couple decades, many of whom have become dear friends.
