Jessica Woolcott has over 4 years of residential mortgage lending experience and 20-plus years of banking experience. Jessica works with Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA programs, along with the Down Payment Plus and IHDA grant programs. She prides herself in getting to know her customers so she can help guide them into the loan program that best fits their situation. Customer service and open communication are the foundation on which she builds her client base. To Jessica watching someone buy their first home, the next phase home, or their dream home is one of the best feelings. In her off-hours, Jessica loves spending time outdoors. Her family of four is often found, boating, hiking, camping, or cooking out with family and friends. She is a born and raised local of the Champaign area and loves to experience everything Champaign and the surrounding areas have to offer. Jessica is also active in the Home Builders Association of Central Illinois and several committees of the local Champaign County Association of Realtors.
