Never have had a problem! It’s always so easy to get ahold of our awesome favorite agent anytime we need her!
They always answer the phone and if they miss your call, they always follow up and call you back. They are always polite, professional and pleasant and I know I can trust them to get back with me and field any questions I might have.
I was in an accident and everyone is doing their best to correct a problem that occurred. Paperwork that needs to be sent in and contact information from the other insurance company is being handled properly.
