Jesse Richards

Jesse was born at Redlands community Hospital and has lived in an out of the Redlands area his whole life. He is a graduate of Loma Linda Academy and Loma Linda University. Jesse wants to serve the client to the best of his ability. He provides the best customer service possible along with expert real estate knowledge. He stays current on real estate market trends and adjusts how he performs based on past experiences and future projections. His past experiences have been focused on residential real estate transactions. He has established relationships with multiple Asset Management firms, which has provided him with REO experience. He has current experience with Short Sales, including the new HAFA program available to most Sellers attempting a Short Sale. Having a Realtor understand the Short Sale process is essential to performing a successful Short Sale. He currently lives in Highland CA with his wife and two wonderful kids.
