Jess Marvin is a native New Yorker who brings her passion for helping others live vibrant and inspired lives to the real estate business. Prior to real estate, Jess has worked as an architect, entrepreneur, and experiential events designer. She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania as well as a minor in real estate. Jess has experience working at both ends of the design spectrum, from high end luxury designer stores including Calvin Klein, Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman to construction management at the residential scale. After a decade of working in design and construction, Jess wanted to apply her interest in design to shape how people think and move through the world. In 2018 she founded a corporate wellness company exploring how emotional intelligence in the workplace can impact perception. As a startup founder, Jess learned how to negotiate and win business through building a network of strong client relationships. Like many, Covid-19 became a catalyst for Jess to move to Los Angeles and jump into real estate. With one foot in architecture and one in mindfulness, Jess brings a special mix of thoughtful leadership and creative problem solving to the client/agent relationship. She currently practices architecture with the tech-enabled startup Block Renovation and feels that real estate is her dream job. On the weekends she can be found surfing or scouring farmers' markets for the best fruit in LA.
