Process was quick, easy ( most forms done on-line) & timely. They gave us a closing date & we closed a few days earlier than that date. Always accessable if we had any questions. Professional and friendly.

Jerry and the rest of the New American Funding team were wonderful to work with. They made the loan process very easy.
It was always easy to get an answer or update from any one on the team. The upload page was simple to use and convenient. The emails to see what stage the loan was in was great to know what to expect.
